“沉默杀手”不沉默

小症状里藏大隐患

“肾脏病常被称为‘沉默的杀手’，早期症状轻微，很容易被忽视掉。”长沙市中心医院肾病、风湿免疫科主任医师文锐说，“沉默”不等于“无害”，身体常常会发出一些早期警报信号：不明原因的乏力、没精神；早晨起床眼皮浮肿；发现尿里的泡沫明显增多，且久久不散；血压突然升高或者变得难以控制；莫名的皮肤瘙痒、胃口变差、恶心。一旦出现这些“小信号”，绝对不能掉以轻心，更不能硬扛或者自行吃药，务必及时就医检查。

文锐提醒，早期发现，是避免肾脏病走向不可挽回地步的唯一“破局之道”！

防大于治

“防、治、管”掌握核心

围绕肾脏健康的“防、治、管”核心策略，长沙市中心医院肾病、风湿免疫科主治医师何玲艳给出了相关建议。

防

关注泡沫尿、眼睑或下肢水肿、莫名乏力、难以控制的高血压等早期警报；明确伤肾高危因素包括长期高血压、糖尿病控制不佳、擅自滥用止痛药/抗生素/不明成分中药等。

治

确诊后需严格遵医嘱治疗，方法可包括合理使用降压药、控制血糖血脂、必要时激素或免疫抑制剂治疗等，目标是保护残余肾功能。

管

严格限盐、优质低蛋白饮食；规律监测并控制血压（目标＜130/80毫米汞柱）、血糖达标；遵医嘱处理贫血、骨病等并发症。此外，充足饮水、不憋尿、避免肾毒性药物和保健品是实用的护肾技巧。

何玲艳强调，肾脏病和高血压、糖尿病一样，是可防可控的慢性病。关键在于增强意识、养成健康习惯，并重视每年的尿常规和肾功能检查。只有早筛查，才能抢占先机。
